You can train under the formal Part 141 syllabus, a fast paced FAA approved and monitored syllabus, or at a more relaxed pace under a Part 61 syllabus. Choose the training path that best meets you schedule and desires confident that both couses meet strict FAA guidlines.

2. Will the flight school's curriculum prepare me for my aviation goals?
Downtown Aviation will train you to the peak of your abilities, regardless of whether your goal is to become a professional pilot flying for the airlines or a weekend flyer flying for the sheer joy of being in the air.

Downtown Aviation offers its students funding through all of the traditional lenders a such as Sallie Mae and Pilot Finance.

Every Certified Flight Instructor at Downtown Aviation is hand picked to be part of our family. Some are high-time career CFIs and others are eager young instructors with future career aspirations. Regardless, they are all comfortable in all phases of flight. Most of our CFIs are tailwheel pilots and have solid stick-and-rudder skills; all of them are excellent teachers.
